Rebecca Harris is the owner of Brow Revolution, Expert Microblading Artist and Licensed Esthetician. She was personally mentored at one of the most well-known Microblading Studios in Plano. And she holds a total of 10 Permanent Makeup (PMU) certifications and has worked on over 700 clients microblading eyebrows to date.
Rebecca believes in a personalized approach. She will listen to your concerns and desires to give you the best possible permanent makeup outcome tailored to your individual needs.
